MOORE INSIGHT CELEBRATES 32 YEARS OF SUCCESS AND CELEBRATES DIVERSITY ORGANISATION-WIDE

Over the past year, the team has focused on not only growing, but also supporting their employees through their EDI initiatives. The firm has launched its EDI forum to learn more from its diverse team about what makes them unique.

Our Founding Director, Peter Morley, said: "At Moore Insight, we are committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in everything we do. We recognise that creating a more equitable workplace is not only the right thing to do, but it also makes good business sense. By embracing differences and encouraging collaboration, we can drive innovation and better serve our customers. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute to their fullest potential."

Talking about the importance of building the EDI forum, Claudia Dickinson, the Head of People and Culture, said: "We know that diversity brings a multitude of perspectives, ideas and solutions. At Moore Insight, we actively value and embrace our differences, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone belongs.
“Our commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion is at the heart of our core values, and through our monthly focus group, we ensure that every voice is heard, recognised and celebrated. We are dedicated to making meaningful progress and have created a safe space for open dialogue, understanding and action.

“Our Great Place to Work certification, with outstanding ratings in inclusivity, fairness and respect, is a testament to our commitment, and we are proud to have a team that shares our values and vision."

Moore Insight also became a Women’s Empowerment Principles signatory in the past year. The Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) are a set of principles offering guidance to business on how to promote gender equality and women’s empowerment in the workplace, marketplace, and community. It was established by UN Global Compact and UN Women.

Brian Mahon, Director at Moore Insight, said: “Championing women in the workplace and within a community is of utmost importance. It's essential that in this day and age, women are supported and made to feel empowered - this will only benefit the people who surround them.”

Our team has created videos to talk about the importance of recognising and embracing people from diverse backgrounds. In February 2023, Yasser Bouarfa and Romesa Razzaq
talked about their experiences of living in the UK for the Race Equality Week. In March 2023, Claudia Dickinson filmed a video to highlight supporting women in workplace and why it is important to move from Gender Equality to Gender Equity.
