The third video of our ‘’What makes Moore Insight More?’’ video series is about our people who have driven the company into a new area. We genuinely believe that empowering our people serves our ‘Client First’ ethos, and building a supportive and inclusive environment within the company is our priority.

Brian Mahon, Director at Moore Insight talks about the culture of the company:

“The culture of the firm is something that we worked really hard on, and specifically we wanted to open our mindset to a learning culture within the business”.
Client comes first; aiming to satisfy their requirements, we are aware that we must devote to our people. At Moore Insight, we not only support our employees to acquire valuable knowledge, but we also encourage them to apply it.

Learning and Development is important to us. Over the last year, we’ve taken on a number of new graduates, that are working on various professional qualification schemes. It’s our priority to involve our graduates in our projects and assign them responsibilities, so they can learn on the job and shine through.

In this video, we also hear from Thomas Walsh, one of our Graduate Consultants, who explains that right from the start of his journey with Moore Insight, he was given lots of opportunities to work on various projects for different clients, gain valuable experience and develop a client-focused mindset.

Having built a unique culture within the firm, our five values of Passion, Trust, Transparency, Inclusivity and Community are embedded in our organisation and they guide us in the interactions that we have, both with each other and with our clients.
