MOORE Insight Celebrates its 30th Anniversary

30 Years of Excellence

This month, Moore Insight is incredibly proud to be celebrating its 30th Anniversary of working with clients to achieve successful lifecycle management and whole transformation of core business systems across the UK.

Since it was founded by Peter Morley and his then business partner in 1991, our unique firm with its strong focus on bringing value and industry-leading expertise has grown steadily throughout the pandemic with contracts from new clients including local authorities, charitable organisations and central government bodies and their agencies.

MOORE Insight’s founding Director, Peter Morley said:

“We are doing now very much what we set out to do in 1991, which is striving for excellence in the selection and implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Lockdown has changed the way we work, we can service organisations across the world now, around the clock. There is no limit to our potential for the future. The knowledge we have is scarce so we believe that training our own staff is vital for the future to pass on knowledge in our key skills and techniques. The company culture is strong and supportive. Our team are encouraged to ask questions, there is an open-door policy and a positive working culture, that is one of the keys to our success. We are proudly now a full member firm of MOORE Global (formerly Moore Stephens International) which gives us the power of a major leading network with reach across 113 countries.”

The team at MOORE Insight are celebrating their 30th Anniversary, not with a party as planned pre-covid but with a 4-part video series called “What Makes MOORE Insight More?” They have been working with a local video production company, Fluid HD to produce a short series about how the company which started in London back in April 1991, started to grow with key clients in the centre of government, including the House of Commons, NS&I, HM Treasury (where Peter and the team designed COINS the government expenditure system that is incorporated in OSCAR today) and local government clients including Sheffield City Council.

The video series includes interviews with MOORE Insight’s team members, who have been the heart of the company, throughout these 30 years. In its final part, the series looks at the future of MOORE Insight, its ambitious growth plans, it’s leading role in the sixth part of MOORE Global’s strategy, Social Ambition and also how they are developing their learning and development programme to include training around core business knowledge and in leading technologies such as PowerBI.
