All areas of our business are certified with the ISO 9001 Quality Standard and undergo internal and external assessment, including:
-
Management
-
Delivery
-
Resourcing
-
Partnerships
-
Sales & Marketing
It is our policy to take a proactive approach to understanding our clients’ requirements and deliver them to specification, on time and within budget. Our QMS system is there to help us achieve this, and to support us in continually improving our performance. It is critical that every member of our organisation is actively involved in this process.
Please see our Quality Policy for further details.
Business Continuity
We take business continuity very seriously to ensure clients will continue to access services in the event of a major incident. To ensure the most appropriate level of response, we work to the standards of ISO 9001 Quality Management System. The objectives of our business continuity planning are to:
- Implement solutions (policies, processes, procedures, and products) to prevent or mitigate risks.
- Assign sufficient resource (people, ICT, offices, power) to allow continued provision of professional services to our clients in the event of a major incident.
- Ensure backup staff and suppliers are assigned on a matching basis to maintain quality.
- Ensure knowledge transfer to our clients is embedded throughout projects in documentation, collaborative working, and practical training so that the client is independent from us should the contract end or we cease to exist.

PRINCE2
Moore Insight uses the PRINCE2 (subject to client agreement) project management methodology on all its projects whether in the public or private sectors. All Insight project managers receive as a minimum an in-house training in the fundamentals and application of PRINCE2. Most of our project managers have received additional PRINCE2 training and accreditation.

Cyber Essentials
Cyber Essentials is a simple but effective, Government backed scheme that helps organisations protect themselves, whatever their size, against a whole range of the most common cyber attacks.
Our certification gives you peace of mind that our defences will protect against the vast majority of common cyber attacks simply because these attacks are looking for targets which do not have the Cyber Essentials technical controls in place.
