At Moore Insight, we value our relationship with our clients and this is why we are proud to have consistent referrals from satisfied clients. We continually strive to deliver a first-class service where we put the clients’ needs above all else.
When engaging with clients for the first or the twenty-first time, we have a structured approach to ensure seamless engagement, timeliness of our responses and assurance of high-quality deliverables.
Getting to know your business
Our main focus at the start of any engagement, is to truly understand your organisation and your requirements. Therefore, we schedule an initial introductory 30-minute meeting to discuss your objectives and assess how we can help you accomplish your goals; providing our expertise and value-add input even at this early stage.
Requesting a proposal
When you are ready to request a proposal from us, our Directors, Business Development team and Subject Matter Experts will work through articulating your requirements and build them in to a proposal of works, timelines and costs to be presented to your team and signed off by you.
We will then work with you to coordinate further meetings, where required and provide any further clarifications if needed.
To request a proposal, you can use our [RFP form on our website]
Or you can email our Business Development and Marketing Team: info@moore-insight.com
Procurement for Public Sector Organisations
We have worked with Local and Central Government for more than 30 years as a trusted supplier, so we are aware and well-experienced in procurement rules and limitations surrounding the buying of goods and services.
As well as supporting many public entities through the procurement process and advising on procurement routes where they require our support, we also remain hands-off where we are required to do so, but ensure that we are able to provide peace of mind to our public sector clients by maintaining quality processes and delivery evidence. We have evidenced this by applying for and being awarded a place on a number of frameworks, including:
- Digital Outcomes and Specialists (DOS4, now DOS5)
- G-Cloud - now G-Cloud 13 (part of the Digital Marketplace)
- Management Consultancy Framework 2 (soon to be updated to a new framework)
You can read more about G-Cloud 12 and what it means to be a supplier on our News page: Moore Insight's G-Cloud 12 Success: But what is it?

This ensures that we are always scalable to suit your requirements and that you always get the right team from us to support your outcomes with relevant knowledge, skills, experience and location.
Project initiation
When we start a project, the responsible Client Service Director will identify the final preferred team based on:
- Skills needs and skills gaps in the client team
- Track record with the customer or on similar projects
- Availability to deliver against customer milestones
- Skills balance and track record of working together
- Blend of expertise and seniority to meet project requirements and constraints
- Cultural/team fit
- Relative location and local/content knowledge
- Satisfactory references
- Professional/academic/technical qualifications
Project Resource Continuity
We ensure that our consultants remain fully available for the duration of the assignment by securing their time in line with your requirements. Once their time is booked, they are not available to other assignments.
Communication
Throughout the process, we work with you on the best forms of communication, that suit your organisation and collaborative working best practice. We believe that communication is key for the successful delivery of any project and as part of our methodology, we ensure that stakeholders are engaged throughout as appropriate. Our effective communication on projects is further enhanced by our capabilities, across remote working technologies.
Remote Working
During the COVID-19 environment and subsequent governmental guidelines, we assume that unless absolutely necessary, all projects will run remotely. Following the easing of restrictions, we would normally assume a balance of remote and on-site working and we will co-ordinate with you the days that our team need to be on-site.
We will also use Microsoft Teams remote-working and collaboration technology as a way of working. This ensures that we can maintain value for money and be considerate of environmental considerations by reducing the need for unnecessary travel.
Quality of Service
Quality is at the heart of everything we do. It is designed into our methodologies and assessed throughout project delivery.
- We assign a Client Director to all projects to ensure our clients are happy with the quality throughout the delivery.
- We have developed numerous methodologies, approaches, and toolkits with quality in mind which call on the benefit of years of experience in doing the work specified.
- We also ensure our outputs are quality tested. This is achieved by preparing Product Descriptions for all deliverables at the outset with quality and acceptance criteria agreed with our clients. We also do peer reviews internally before deliverables are released.
- We apply recognised standards in our work including PRINCE2 and ITIL where appropriate and we are also accredited to ISO 9001. This approach ensures quality is maintained and results in us frequently being invited back to work with client’s time and again.
