APQC (American Productivity & Quality Center)

Moore Insight subscribes to APQC a global leading organisation in benchmarking and best practice business processes.

We use the APQC Process Classification Framework (PCF) as the basis to build best practice models for finance/ERP processes definition and improvement for different industry sectors.

We also work with APQC to support clients to benchmark their finance function effectively. APQC is the leader in benchmarking best practice. They are a ‘not for profit’ organisation and:
  • Support organisations around the world to improve productivity and quality
  • Facilitate and compile comparative data
  • Maintain a database of core business benchmarks
  • Encourage organisations to submit data for comparative purposes
We use APQC best practice benchmarking knowledge and methods and combine them with our accounting and sector expertise. This means our clients gain access to global knowledge of best practice applied to their specific environment to help them to achieve financial efficiency.

For further information, please visit the APQC website.

Moore Insight uses the PRINCE2 (subject to client agreement) project management methodology on all its projects whether in the public or private sectors. All Insight project managers receive as a minimum an in-house training in the fundamentals and application of PRINCE2. Most of our project managers have received additional PRINCE2 training and accreditation.

Cyber Essentials

Cyber Essentials is a simple but effective, Government backed scheme that helps organisations protect themselves, whatever their size, against a whole range of the most common cyber attacks.

Our certification gives you peace of mind that our defences will protect against the vast majority of common cyber attacks simply because these attacks are looking for targets which do not have the Cyber Essentials technical controls in place.
